One time, non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent are per pet.
Dog 2 _ $50.00 $600.00 _ Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment. Dogs up to 30lbs are $50 per month, over 30lbs are $100 per month. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
